We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains how you can return items purchased from Bulk Pack Ltd.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• The item must be in its original packaging  
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)  

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is faulty  
• The item is damaged  
• The wrong item was supplied  

If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method  
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection  
• Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to complete the refund  

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.  
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
